By accessing or using FutureTrack, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the System.
2.1 Eligibility
Access to FutureTrack is limited to:
- Graduating students officially cleared and endorsed by STI College Novaliches.
- Alumni who have been verified and tagged by the institution.
- Partner companies approved by the Alumni Placement Office (APO) or endorsed by Head Office.
2.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- First-time login requires OTP verification and a mandatory password change.
- You agree not to share your account access with any other person.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when updating your profile or employment status.
2.3 Use of the Job Board
- Job postings are made available by verified partner companies or endorsed by Head Office recommendations.
- Submitting a CV/resume through the System indicates your interest in a job posting; however, the System is not responsible for the hiring process, interviews, or employment outcomes that occur after submission.
- The System serves solely as a platform for posting opportunities and facilitating initial contact — all further recruitment steps are between you and the company.
2.4 Company Accounts
- Companies are granted accounts solely for the purposes of (a) posting job openings and (b) reviewing submitted CVs/resumes.
- Companies must not use submitted applicant information for purposes other than recruitment for the posted role.
- Job postings recommended or endorsed by Head Office will be labeled accordingly and are subject to the same standards as company-submitted postings.
2.5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
- Use the System for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.
2.6 Modifications to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the System at any time. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
FutureTrack is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, job placement success, or the accuracy of information submitted by third parties (companies or users). We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the System or your interactions with partner companies.
